BRAZEN RECOMMENDS: Elizabeth Gilbert on Fear, Authenticity and Big Magic

Elizabeth Gilbert & Marie Forleo on Fear, Authenticity and Big Magic

I swear, I think Elizabeth Gilbert is one of my favourite people to ever grace this world with her presence. I adore how unapologetically human she is, and how willing she is to be vulnerable and lean into emotions and experiences the rest of us would run away from. In this conversation with Marie Forleo, she talks about her own (respectful, but stern) relationship with fear, how it impacts creativity, and how perfectionism is really the fancy, haute couture version of fear, among plenty of other wonderful topics. For each simple yet powerful point she makes, she gives examples of situations in her own life which illustrate her message beautifully and make everything she says so accessible. I honestly cannot recommend this interview highly enough, go watch it!
